2. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order or create an account.
  • Login details: if you log in with your phone number, we use a verification service (OTPless) to confirm it.
  • Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Messages: anything you send through our Contact Us form, which we keep so we can reply.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you subscribe through our sign-up form.
  • Technical data: your device and browser type, pages visited and the pages you came from, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Reviews and comments you choose to post.

3. How we use it

We use your information to take and deliver orders, take payments and issue refunds, reply to your questions, send order updates, send newsletters if you subscribed, keep the website secure, and understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with: Razorpay (payments), OTPless (phone login), delivery and courier partners (name, phone and address, to deliver your order), Mailchimp (newsletters), Meta (advertising and site measurement, through its pixel), Google (for reviews shown on the site), and our website hosting and email providers. We may also share information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies to keep your cart and login working and to measure visits. The Meta pixel may help us show our ads to people who visited the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then stop working.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep contact messages and newsletter details until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. Your choices
