By using magsbakeworks.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is run by MAGS Bakeworks, Sus, Pune, Maharashtra. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and information

We describe our products, ingredients and weights as accurately as we can. If you have an allergy or a special diet, please check the ingredients on each product page or contact us before you order. We cannot guarantee that any product is free of a particular allergen. Our products are food, not medicine, and nothing on the site is medical advice.

3. Orders and prices

  • All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout.
  • An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation message. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly, and we will refund any payment already made.
  • We may change prices and products at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

5. Delivery

Delivery methods, times and charges are described on our Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or by events outside our control. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within 48 hours.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to every order and forms part of these terms.

7. Your account and use of the site

You are responsible for keeping your login details and phone number secure and for what happens under your account. Please give us correct information. You agree not to misuse the site, try to break into it, or copy our content for commercial use without our permission.

The MAGS Bakeworks name, logo, photographs, text and recipes on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

We take care to keep the site and our products to a high standard. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
